Role: Private Club Host/Hostess (Venue Manager)
Location: Dzoraghbyur, just outside of Yerevan
We are seeking a highly reliable, organized, and friendly individual to become the heart of a new private country club just outside Yerevan. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere and takes pride in ensuring every detail is perfect. The chosen candidate will serve as the club’s host/hostess, fostering a sense of community and ease for our members. The ability to operate independently is a key requirement for this role.

Our club is a two-story house with a winter garden, professional kitchen, and extensive land, designed as a sanctuary for professionals and creatives. It offers a unique balance of productivity and pleasure, serving a curated community with passions that include:

Working Hours & Environment
Canyon Spring Club operates during daylight and early evening hours. The workday typically begins around 3:00 PM, and the club does not operate late into the night.
This is a professional and private setting that emphasizes elegance, comfort, and respectful relations. The club maintains a strictly upscale and conscious environment; this is not a nightlife venue, and the host/hostess role is rooted in hospitality and discretion, not entertainment.
Your Responsibilities as a Host/Hostess
The Host/Hostess will ensure the venue runs smoothly and all members feel welcome. Key responsibilities include:
- Venue Management: Maintain the club in a clean, well-stocked, and presentable state at all times, including managing basic cleaning and supplies.
- Member Experience: Serve as the primary point of contact for members, greeting them, and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Event Coordination: Work with members to coordinate and prepare the venue for special events, such as guest chef nights, music sessions, or film screenings.
- Security & Oversight: Manage key access and oversee the security of the property, protecting the venue and its contents.
- Community Facilitation: Help new members integrate into the community by fostering connections and introductions.
- Logistics: Coordinate with external vendors, including chefs, cleaners, and gardeners as needed.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 4 years of experience as a hostess in a high-end hospitality or restaurant setting and a strong understanding of boutique and luxury service environments.
- Impeccable etiquette, a professional demeanor, and a genuinely service-minded approach.
- A discreet, emotionally intelligent person who can handle confidential information with integrity.
- The successful applicant must be willing and able to relocate to Armenia.
- Knowledge of or strong desire to learn the Armenian language is a must, while knowledge of Russian is a strong plus.
